Senior Project Planner

Our client, a leading global consultancy with an outstanding reputation, has worked on some iconic building projects worldwide. They are currently seeking a Senior Project Planner to join them on a landmark project based in KSA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Producing reports for both internal reporting and client presentations.
2. Interfacing with the client.
3. Developing a detailed plan utilizing work breakdown structures for the execution of the project in conjunction with the Project Controls Manager.
4. Defining the scope of work, developing an integrated design, procurement, and construction program.
5. Ensuring plans are updated regularly to reflect the project status regarding work completed and remaining, including the percentage of contract completed and project risks.

Additional duties include:

• Liaising with the client's planning department and updating discrepancies.
• Producing resource histograms and S-Curves, and revising them according to scope changes.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in a construction-related field.
• Minimum of 20+ years experience as a Planning Manager on large-scale or iconic building projects.
• Previous Middle East experience is advantageous but not essential.
