About the Role

RE/MAX Smart Concept Real Estate is expanding its high-performance division and is seeking a Senior Property Consultant with a consistent and proven closing track record in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.

This is a performance-driven senior platform, not a volume-based or support role.

We are hiring disciplined closers who understand deal flow, pipeline management, and conversion at a professional level.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently close residential real estate transactions in Abu Dhabi
• Manage full sales cycle from lead to closing
• Maintain strict CRM discipline and reporting accuracy
• Represent the brand with professionalism and market authority
• Build and manage a sustainable client pipeline
• Operate with accountability and measurable performance metrics

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 3 years experience in Abu Dhabi real estate
• Proven track record of at least 2 property transactions per month over the last 12 months
• Strong understanding of the local market, pricing, and inventory
• Full compliance with CRM systems and reporting structures
• High level of professionalism, communication, and negotiation skills
