Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant, located in New Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert property consultation, engaging in sales activities, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their needs, evaluate property options, and provide tailored recommendations to assist in investment decisions. Daily tasks will include property viewings, market analysis, and negotiation of sales agreements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Consulting and Sales skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge and experience in the Real Estate industry 2 years.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
