Senior Property Consultant

A Real Estate company in Dubai is looking for Senior Property Consultant who can join and has experience in Real Estate Property in UAE for more than 2 yrs.

Job Descriptions:

• Candidate should know about how to do Property listings, making property description.
• Candidate should know about Property Portals such as Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.
• Fully command and control on Real Estate CRMs.
• Should know ‘Trakheesi System’ that how to get various RERA Permit No.
• Good written and communication skills- Preparing and editing sales and marketing material for the sales team.
• Good coordination and team working skills- Coordinating with and between different estate agents for listings and customer inquiries, preparing and arranging schedules for agents.
• Fluency in spoken and perfect written English
• MS Word and Excel proficiency
• Must currently be based in the UAE and available to join.

To Hire we require the following below:

1- Experienced in Real Estate Sales and leasing in Dubai.

2- Must carry UAE Driving License.

3- Must Have a Car.

4-RERA holder (preferable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
