Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Senior Sales position. The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing customer relationships, and leading sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, training sales staff, and implementing strategic sales plans. As a strategic thinker, the Senior Salesperson will work closely with the sales team to ensure goals are met and exceeded.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct training and mentoring for sales staff
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate or development industry is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics
