SENIOR PROPERTY CONSULTANT

Role:

We are looking to employ an experienced property consultant to assist clients in making sound property investment decisions. The property consultant s responsibilities include developing and sustaining good working relationships with legal counsel and other property consultants and inspecting properties with clients. You should also be able to inform clients of market conditions and trends correctly. To be successful as a property consultant, you should be proactive and keep abreast of the latest developments in property laws. Ultimately, an exceptional property consultant should be able to demonstrate effective negotiation skills and secure the best real estate deals for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients in making sound property-purchasing decisions.
• Stay Up to date with the property market and new launches in the market.
• Analysing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas.
• Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
• Ensuring all enquiries are attended to in a timely manner.
• Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.
• Update CRM regularly and accurately.
• Follow company policy to ensure quality and legality of all the transactions.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Identify new sales leads and maintain good client relationship.
• Communicating with legal counsel to prepare sales documents.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3-6 years Real Estate Experience in the UAE.
• Bachelor s degree in real estate, finance, business administration or related field is preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Self-Driven, Ambitious and Trustworthy.
• Ability to work independently and with great dedication.
• Knowledge of CRM, Ms Office is a must.
• UAE Driving license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
