Role Description

This is a full-time on (Rayhana Developments) located in Giza for a Senior Property Consultant. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for analyzing property market trends, advising clients on investment opportunities, and facilitating property transactions. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining strong client relationships, conducting property viewings, and negotiating sales agreements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Consulting and Real Estate
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the Giza property market is a plus
