Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property sales, purchases, and investments.

- Conduct thorough market research to inform clients and support strategic decision-making.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.

- Manage the end-to-end property transaction process, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and emerging opportunities.

Required Qualifications

- 2-3 years of experience in real estate consulting or a related field.

- Experience in commercial real estate is a plus.

- Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems.

Education and Certifications : Bachelor's degree Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Realtor® designation are preferred.
