Requirements

• Proven 1–2 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai.
• Open to all nationalities with a demonstrated track record in property sales or leasing.
• Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and current market trends.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and ready to work on a commission or salary + commission basis (to be discussed during the interview).
• Valid UAE Driver’s License and own vehicle preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ property needs and financial capabilities to recommend suitable investment opportunities.
• Conduct comparative market analyses to determine appropriate selling or rental prices.
• Prepare and manage property documents, listings, and promotional materials.
• Source and acquire new property listings, ensuring regular updates on availability.
• Stay informed about the latest real estate policies, regulations, and market practices in Dubai.
