Role Summary:

We are seeking experienced and results-oriented Senior Property Consultants with a strong background in Dubai’s off-plan real estate market. This role is ideal for professionals who can close deals independently, manage investor relations, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and convert qualified leads into successful off-plan sales.
• Conduct in-depth consultations and present the most suitable investment options to clients.
• Keep up with market trends, new project launches, and developer updates.
• Build strong client relationships for long-term engagement and referrals.
• Attend property tours, developer events, and client meetings.
• Maintain accurate records on CRM (Zoho) and follow up consistently.
• Achieve individual monthly targets and support overall team performance.
