Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo a Senior Property Consultant. The Senior Property Consultant will manage client relationships, offer real estate consultation services, and assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties. Responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, analyzing market trends, conducting property tours, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Proven experience in Sales to negotiate deals, close transactions, and meet targets.
• Ability to analyze real estate market trends and develop strategies to meet client requirements.
• Resilience, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to work.
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or a related field is a plus.
