Senior Property Consultant

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our fast-growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi. If you are passionate about real estate and driven by results, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities.

• Generate leads and manage client relationships through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Advise clients on property options, pricing, and investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
• Stay updated on market trends, communities, and competitor activities in Abu Dhabi.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and transactions in CRM systems.

Requirements.

• 0-3 years of experience in Real estate sales in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market, communities, and current trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
