Occupation Description

The Senior Property Consultant uses his/her in-depth knowledge and selling skills to ensure meeting the company’s sales target, all while maintaining the same standard when it comes to clientele.


Job Scope

  • Achieve individual monthly sales targets as set by management.
  • Promote properties through calls, customers’ lists distributed internally, meetings/showings, and networking.
  • Follow up on potential customers frequently.
  • Conduct meetings with the customers to seal the deals indoors and outdoors.
  • Do showings with the customers on whichever desirable project indoors and outdoors.
  • Maintain positive business relationships with customers to ensure future sales.
  • Have full knowledge of the projects assigned to the company’s sales team.
  • Pass the knowledge gained and experience to the rest of the sales team.
  • Find and implement a resolution for customer complaints.
  • Capitalize on negotiation tactics and skills to sell the company’s projects.
  • Reach out to customer leads through all possible channels.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets within the required SLA.
  • Be aware of the most recent sales practices and promotional activities.
  • Submit the required reports, when needed.


Education and Most Common Work Experience Requested

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience, previous experience in real estate is a must.
