The Senior Property Consultant uses his/her in-depth knowledge and selling skills to ensure meeting the company’s sales target, all while maintaining the same standard when it comes to clientele.
Job Scope

Achieve individual monthly sales targets as set by management.

Promote properties through calls, customers’ lists distributed internally, meetings/showings, and networking.

Follow up on potential customers frequently.

Conduct meetings with the customers to seal the deals indoors and outdoors.

Do showings with the customers on whichever desirable project indoors and outdoors.

Maintain positive business relationships with customers to ensure future sales.

Have full knowledge of the projects assigned to the company’s sales team.

Pass the knowledge gained and experience to the rest of the sales team.

Find and implement a resolution for customer complaints.

Capitalize on negotiation tactics and skills to sell the company’s projects.

Reach out to customer leads through all possible channels.

Achieve agreed sales targets within the required SLA.

Be aware of the most recent sales practices and promotional activities.

Submit the required reports, when needed.
Education and Most Common Work Experience Requested

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
-
3-5 years of experience, previous experience in real estate is a must.
