Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Senior Property Consultant. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on real estate investments, identifying property listings that meet client requirements, and guiding clients through property transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, negotiating deals, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions in a competitive market environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate, with a proven ability to guide clients and provide market insights.
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to foster trust, address inquiries, and ensure a positive client experience.
• Expertise in Sales, including lead generation, deal negotiation, and achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, property valuation, and legal regulations in Cairo, Egypt.
• Additional qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
