Role Description

We are hiring Senior Property Consultants with 8 – 10+ years of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market to join our growing team at Viona Properties.

This position is strictly commission-based with a high commission structure, designed for experienced, confident, and high-performing agents who are capable of generating business and closing deals independently.

This role is ideal for senior brokers who want maximum earning potential, flexibility, and strong backend support without salary limitations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage high-value residential and commercial property listings
• Generate leads through personal network, referrals, and market activities
• Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and property viewings
• Advise clients on pricing, market trends, legal procedures, and investment opportunities
• Negotiate and close sales and leasing transactions successfully
• Handle the full transaction process from inquiry to transfer / handover
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, and investors
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate laws, RERA regulations, and market trends
• Prepare listings, documentation, and marketing content
• Represent Viona Properties professionally at meetings, exhibitions, and events
• Achieve high performance targets and deal closures
• Support junior consultants when required

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6+ years experience as Property Consultant in Dubai
• Proven track record of closed transactions in sales or leasing
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, and pricing
• Well connected with property owners, investors, and clients
• Self-driven with ability to generate own business
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic / Russian / Hindi / Urdu / other languages are a plus)
• Professional appearance and strong work ethics
• RERA certified preferred
