Senior Property Consultant

Qualifications

·      Prospect and generate new clients through calls, meetings, and real estate events.

·      Present property offerings and conduct site visits with clients.

·      Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable units/projects.

·      Propose the best options from multiple developers to match client requirements.

·      Clearly explain each project’s advantages (location, payment plan, developer reputation, investment return) in a professional and objective manner.

·      Negotiate with clients, support them in decision-making, and close sales transactions.

·      Coordinate with developers’ teams to finalize reservation and contract procedures.

·      Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.

·      Update client database and sales opportunities using CRM systems or tracking sheets.

·      Stay updated on real estate market trends and new developers’ offerings on a regular basis.
