Qualifications:

• Min. 2 years experience in Dubai Real Estate Sales
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have good telephone etiquette and good customer service skills
• Self-motivated, confident, persevering
• Should be a team player, persistent, resourceful and result-driven

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Understand client needs, preferences, and financial constraints to offer tailored property solutions.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, demographics, and property values to provide accurate advice on buying, selling, or leasing.
• Prospect Generation: Proactively find new clients through networking, cold calling, and advertising.
• Property Promotion & Viewings: Showcase properties to potential buyers/tenants and manage listings on relevant portals.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate prices and terms between parties to finalize sales or leasing agreements.
• Documentation: Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations (e.g., RERA in Dubai).
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, developers, and investors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Experience:

• Dubai Real Estate Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
