Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Cairo for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and securing property listings, conducting property viewings, and facilitating smooth sales and rental transactions. Additional responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, accurate documentation, and negotiating contracts to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Proficiency in Real Estate practices and knowledge of Real Property laws
• Experience in Sales and the ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong Customer Service skills, including problem-solving and effective communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with New Cairo's real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
