We’re looking for a Senior Property Consultant who knows the Dubai market like a second home. If you’ve spent at least five years navigating transactions, handling clients, and closing deals in this city, this role will feel like a natural next step.

You’ll work with a steady stream of fresh, high-quality leads generated through an advanced strategy designed to put qualified buyers and sellers directly in your hands. Your focus will be on advising, negotiating, and converting opportunities into successful deals.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert high-quality daily leads with speed and professionalism.
  • Guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes under UAE and DLD regulations.
  • Conduct property viewings and build strong client relationships.
  • Negotiate offers and collaborate closely with the closing team to finalize deals.
  • Ensure all documentation and client communication complies with RERA and UAE property laws.
  • Maintain accurate records and stay updated on market trends and legislation.
  • Represent the company professionally in every client interaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market (mandatory).
  • Strong closing skills with a proven track record.
  • In-depth understanding of UAE property laws, RERA procedures, and DLD processes.
  • Confident communicator with solid negotiation ability.
  • Professional appearance, proactive attitude, and strong follow-up habits.
  • Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
