We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead and expand our network of independent real estate brokers. In this role, you will strengthen partner relationships, streamline operational processes, and provide the support brokers need to drive higher sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a portfolio of independent real estate brokers
- Onboard new brokers and deliver training on platforms and processes
- Oversee deal registration, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships through consistent communication
- Coordinate broker events and distribute qualified leads
- Monitor broker performance and provide coaching to improve results
- Maintain accurate CRM records and generate performance reports
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or relationship management
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including DLD and RERA regulations
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
- Target‑driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple accounts effectively
