Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Property Executive to join our high-performance sales team. This role is designed for experienced professionals who consistently deliver results, manage high-value clients, and provide expert guidance across the full property transaction cycle.

As a senior consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to buyers and investors while contributing to team performance through mentorship and market expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and close high-value residential, off-plan, and investment property transactions.
• Advise local and international clients with strategic, market-driven property solutions.
• Source, qualify, and convert high-quality leads through professional engagement.
• Conduct property tours, site visits, and investor presentations.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of UAE real estate trends, pricing, and developer offerings.
• Negotiate complex deals and close transactions to exceed sales targets.
• Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
• Support junior consultants through guidance, market insights, and best practices.
• Represent Hogar Properties at developer launches, exhibitions, and VIP client meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in UAE real estate sales.
• Strong closing record with premium or off-plan properties.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client advisory skills.
• Deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate regulations and sales processes.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
