Digital Property Manager – PropTech & Operations

To oversee and optimize end-to-end property management operations through digital systems, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
The role focuses on elevating landlord and tenant experience, improving operational efficiency, and integrating PropTech tools to drive portfolio performance and profitability.
Operational & Portfolio Management
- Manage the full property lifecycle — onboarding, leasing, renewals, rent collection, maintenance, and move-outs.
- Maintain proactive communication with landlords and tenants, ensuring exceptional client service.
- Monitor portfolio performance (occupancy, arrears, SLAs) using CRM dashboards and analytics.
- Ensure 100% compliance with RERA, DLD, and UAE tenancy laws.
PropTech & Digital Transformation
- Leverage Artha’s CRM and PropTech platforms to automate workflows, track tasks, and generate real-time insights.
- Collaborate with tech teams to enhance digital forms, tenant portals, and inspection apps.
- Identify and recommend emerging technologies that enhance efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
- Promote digital adoption across the team — driving the use of AI, automation, and analytics.
Vendor & Maintenance Coordination
- Manage vendor performance using digital systems for tracking service quality and response times.
- Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance through automated scheduling.
- Negotiate contracts and monitor budgets using performance data and cost analysis.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing team to enhance listing visibility and branding.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Leasing team to manage renewals, handovers, and investor opportunities.
- Partner with Finance and Accounts to ensure accurate rent collections, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Liaise with HR and Operations to standardize processes and improve team productivity through digital tools.
Financial & Reporting
- Oversee rent collection, renewals, and expenses through digital accounting and reporting tools.
- Prepare performance dashboards, financial summaries, and landlord reports for management review.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning through system-based analysis.
Client Experience & Growth
- Build long-term relationships with landlords and investors through transparent reporting and value-added insights.
- Drive retention and referrals through service quality and technology-led convenience.
- Contribute to Artha’s positioning as a tech-forward, service-driven property management firm.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property management ecosystem and RERA regulations.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and PropTech tools (PropSpace, Yardi, Bitrix, Goyzer or similar).
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving approach with adaptability to innovation and change.
- Collaborative team player with a focus on efficiency and accountability.
