Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Property Sales Consultant to join our high‑performing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage high‑value transactions. This role requires a confident professional who can mentor junior agents, handle premium clients, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle for residential and investment properties, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct property presentations, viewings, and client consultations with a high level of professionalism.
  • Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners.
  • Support and guide junior agents when needed, contributing to team performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and sales activities.
  • Stay updated on new project launches, community insights, and competitive offerings.
  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high‑value deals.
  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, developments, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Professional appearance and a client‑focused approach.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
