Role overview:
We are seeking a Senior Property Specialist to lead our property vertical. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance to expand our portfolio, close high-value bookings, and cultivate strong relationships with property owners and clients across key destinations. You will leverage proprietary technology tools that set us apart from any other villa agency.
Role Responsibilities
· Advise and manage property owners on optimizing listings, seasonal pricing, and portfolio performance.
· Expand and strategically curate the property inventory across multiple premium destinations.
· Close high-value villa bookings while providing exceptional client service.
· Lead, mentor, and support a growing team, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners and clients.
· Use data-driven insights and proprietary technology to guide portfolio growth and decision-making.
Requirements
· 5+ years of experience in luxury villa rentals, luxury hospitality, or high-end property management.
· Proven track record across multiple premium destinations.
· Existing network of high-net-worth clients and/or property owners.
· Experience managing or mentoring a team.
· Familiarity with CRM systems and property management platforms.
· Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
