Virtelligence is looking for an experienced Senior Proposal Manager / Proposal Writer to lead proposal development for government, healthcare, and commercial opportunities.

We're seeking professionals with:
✔ 7+ years of proposal writing/management experience
✔ Strong background in IT Services or IT Consulting
✔ Experience with government and commercial RFPs
✔ Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills
✔ Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.

Preferred: Healthcare IT, Cloud, Digital Transformation, GovWin, GovTribe, SAM.gov, APMP, Shipley.
