Senior Purchase Engineer-Fixture and Automation

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Procurement Execution for fixtures and automation equipment

across all five plants.

Coordinate with PEB for New product set up

• Coordinate with suppliers to:
• Visit the plant and gather technical inputs.
• Develop detailed concept drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Submit comprehensive quotations including:

 Raw material invoices

 Proprietary item specifications and make

 Detailed cost break-up

• Collaborate with internal departments (Process Engineering / Maintenance)

to:

• Review and approve concepts and BOMs.
• Standardize concepts for uniformity across suppliers.
• Conduct thorough technical and commercial evaluations:
• Benchmark against customer-paid prices and past purchases.
• Validate proprietary item prices through online sources.
• Finalize pricing and issue Purchase Orders with clear lead time commitments.
• Monitor supplier progress through daily stage-wise follow-ups; conduct site

visits as needed.

• Escalate technical or timeline issues promptly to the reporting manager.
• Maintain a centralized tracker capturing plan, progress, and action items for

all ongoing fixture and automation projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
