Job Title: Senior Purchase Executive – Real Estate
Education: B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering
Experience: 15+ years (Real Estate Developer background)
Location: Vile Parle

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end procurement of construction & finishing materials.
• Vendor sourcing, negotiations & contract finalization.
• Ensure timely material delivery & cost control.
• Maintain vendor relations & purchase documentation.

Requirements:

• B.Civil with 15+ years’ experience in purchase with a reputed real estate developer.
• Strong vendor management & negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of ERP/Procurement systems preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
