Senior Purchase Executive

Job Responsibilities:

· Planning for total requirement of raw material

· Generate purchase order in ERP Software

· Follow up from suppliers regarding purchase and negotiation of rates

· Fulfill all department requirements of raw material

· Planning for circle cutting and other Job work purposes(slitting/cutting/shearing)

· Ensure timely availability of raw materials for smooth process

· Submission of raw material bills to accounts and follow up regarding billing and payment clearance.

· Inventory managementand reconciliation of raw material

· Regular follow up for procured raw material

· Looking at Quality Issues on arrival of raw material

· Discuss and resolve Quality issues with QC team

Skills & Experience Required:

• Must be a graduate
• Must have relevant experience in purchasing Raw Material with Steel Industry
• Must be aware of PPC dept. functioning.
• Must have hands on experience on MS-Office, Google Sheets, Mailing & ERP
• Must be good at negotiations, follow-ups, data management and team handling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
