ABOUT THE COMPANY
A well-established hospitality solutions provider working with premium 4-star and 5-star hotels across India. The organization specializes in OS&E and FF&E supply, import procurement, and turnkey project execution with strong financial and operational governance.

ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a senior execution-focused role handling end-to-end procurement cycles, vendor coordination, and cost control. The candidate must independently manage procurement operations. If someone only handles follow-ups and paperwork, they will not survive here.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Procurement Operations

• Manage complete purchase cycles for domestic vendors
• Raise, track, and close purchase orders
• Ensure timely material availability as per project schedules

Vendor Management

• Coordinate with vendors for pricing, timelines, and quality
• Support negotiations and rate finalization
• Resolve supply and invoice-related issues

Cost Control and Documentation

• Ensure procurement aligns with budgets and approvals
• Maintain accurate purchase documentation
• Coordinate GRN, invoicing, and payment tracking with accounts

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with project, warehouse, and finance teams
• Handle urgent and priority procurement requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on procurement experience
• Strong vendor coordination and PO management exposure
• Hospitality, projects, or equipment procurement experience preferred
• Strong Excel and documentation skills
• Ability to handle pressure and tight timelines
