Job description:

• Manage end-to-end procurement of LED lights and components (Drivers, PCBs, Housings, Chips, SMPS, etc.)
• Handle overseas sourcing & imports (China preferred) including supplier communication and negotiations
• Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency
• Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs) as per production and sales requirements
• Coordinate import activities including documentation, HS code basics, customs clearance & logistics
• Track shipments and ensure on-time material availability
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors; maintain strong supplier relationships
• Conduct price comparison and market analysis to ensure competitive sourcing
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Accounts teams
• Ensure GRN, invoice matching, and timely submission for payments
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock
