Senior Python Developer

We are looking for a highly experienced Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable applications, integrate APIs, and ensure high performance and responsiveness.

Experience Required : Minimum 5 years or more

Qualification : BE/BTech/MCA (from IIT/NIT/BITS-Pilani)

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs using Python (FastAPI): Build robust, high-performance backend services and REST APIs using FastAPI, ensuring clean architecture and reusable components.

· Build, optimize, and manage Postgres databases, including PostGIS: Work with relational databases, design efficient schemas, and handle geospatial data with PostGIS for location-based functionalities.

· Deploy and manage applications on AWS and Azure cloud platforms: Handle cloud infrastructure, including setting up servers, monitoring, scaling applications, and managing resources effectively.

· Implement and manage portal authentication mechanisms ensuring secure user access: Integrate authentication systems to safeguard user data and provide a seamless login experience.

· Integrate and work with Large Language Models (LLMs) for AI-driven features and solutions: Collaborate on integrating AI/ML solutions into applications by leveraging LLMs for intelligent features.

· Apply OOPS principles in application design and development for reusable and maintainable code: Ensure modular, structured, and scalable development practices using object-oriented programming principles.

· Ensure cybersecurity best practices across applications, APIs, and cloud infrastructure: Implement measures like data encryption, vulnerability testing, secure coding practices, and access control policies.

· Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, database queries, and cloud resources: Use monitoring tools to detect issues, optimize query performance, and maintain overall application.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly web portals: Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and product teams to deliver full-stack solutions.

• Lead and mentor a team of junior developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring best coding practices.

Requirements:

• Experience in Python development: Proven hands-on experience in building production-grade applications and APIs with Python.
• Strong exposure in PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, and OpenCV: Ability to implement machine learning models, perform data preprocessing, and work on tasks using these libraries.
• Proven experience in team handling with the ability to guide and manage junior developers effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on critical thinking and logical reasoning: Capability to break down complex problems, analyze different solutions, and implement the most efficient one.
• Solid understanding of mathematics and statistical concepts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
