Experience: 7+ years

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Lead with a strong solution-driven mindset to join our team.

The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business problems and design effective AI/ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead AI/ML initiatives and provide technical guidance to the team Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges and design solutions

Develop and implement machine learning models for real-world applications Explore and leverage Generative AI (Gen AI) for problem-solving Focus on model creation (deployment knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory)

Key Skills Required: Strong expertise in AI/ML techniques and frameworks

Hands-on experience in model creation and problem-solving Knowledge of Generative AI concepts and applications

Excellent communication and leadership skills with a solution-oriented approach
