Senior Python Developer (Odoo ERP)

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with strong Odoo ERP experience to lead backend development and ERP customization. This role requires deep technical expertise combined with strong business understanding.

You will work closely with a functional ERP consultant and client stakeholders, so the ability to push back, clarify requirements, and propose better solutions is critical.

Responsibilities:

• Lead backend development using Python and Odoo ERP
• Design and customize Odoo modules to support business workflows
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Own ERP integrations, data flows, and customizations
• Proactively identify gaps, risks, and scalability concerns
• Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

Requirements:

• 6–10+ years of experience in Python development
• Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (custom modules, workflows, reports)
• Experience leading development as a senior individual contributor
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems
• Comfortable working directly with client-facing consultants

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience with ERP data migration and integrations
• Experience working with US-based clients
