Senior Python Engineer

Barq Dev is hiring for a Senior Python/Django Engineer to join our team.

Must-Have

• 3+ years of experience with Python and the Django framework
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Develop and maintain backend services and web applications using Python and Django
• Experience in implementing RESTful APIs for seamless frontend-backend integration
• Decent understanding of frontend technologies (JavaScript, React)
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Team Leadership and mentorship experience
• Experience working in an Agile environment

Good-to-Have

• Experience with Flask or Fast API
• Familiarity with AWS, Heroku, Docker, and deployment tools
• LLM integration experience is a strong advantage
• Experience with caching (Redis, Memcached) and task scheduling
