Senior QA Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with manual and basic automation testing, and the ability to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
• Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Participate in requirement discussions and provide test effort estimations.
• Ensure product quality by recommending improvements and best practices.
• Validate fixes and perform re-testing.
• Prepare and present test reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
• Experience in manual testing and basic knowledge of automation tools (Selenium preferred).
• Hands-on experience with bug-tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar).
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
• Good understanding of API testing (Postman preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,514,325.31 - ₹3,005,811.93 per month
