Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer with 10+ years of experience to lead quality assurance efforts across complex, enterprise-grade systems. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in test automation and performance testing , particularly using Selenium and JMeter , and plays a critical role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and reliability of our products.

You will work closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to define QA strategies, drive automation, and ensure best-in-class software quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall QA strategy, standards, and best practices across projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium.
• Plan and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability testing using JMeter.
• Review and validate functional, regression, integration, and system test cases.
• Integrate automated and performance tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with development and DevOps teams to ensure early defect detection.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and provide actionable quality insights.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level QA engineers.
• Ensure compliance with quality, security, and performance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Selenium for UI automation.
• Strong experience with JMeter for performance and load testing.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and STLC.
• Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Experience testing enterprise-scale or high-traffic systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
