Senior QA Engineer – Oil & Gas Projects (ISO 9001 | IRCA Lead Auditor)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer with a solid background in Oil & Gas project environments. The ideal candidate must be IRCA‑certified, highly detail‑oriented, and capable of leading project quality audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards, and driving continuous improvement across project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute ISO 9001 quality audits across project sites and departments
• Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific QA/QC plans
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Review and approve quality procedures, method statements, ITPs, and project documentation
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project management teams to resolve quality issues
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
• Prepare detailed quality reports, audit findings, and performance metrics for management
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure best QA practices across projects
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA/QC team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Equivalent)
• IRCA Certified Lead Auditor – ISO 9001 (Mandatory)
• Minimum 12 years of experience as a QA Engineer
• Strong background in Oil & Gas project environments
• Proven experience in leading internal and external quality audits
• Excellent knowledge of ISO standards, QA methodologies, and project quality systems
• Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project interfaces

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
