Key Responsibilities

Lead End-to-End Testing: Design, plan, and oversee comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies to ensure software quality across all stages of the development lifecycle, focusing on both functional and non-functional requirements.

Automation & Manual Testing: Develop, maintain, and execute robust automated test scripts and frameworks, while also performing meticulous manual testing to uncover hard-to-find bugs and edge cases.

Bug Identification & Reporting: Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach in finding, documenting, and tracking defects, ensuring issues are clearly communicated and resolved efficiently.

Quality Leadership: Serve as the senior point of contact for all quality-related matters, leading a team of QA engineers and analysts in best practices for testing, defect prevention, and continuous process improvement.

Client Engagement & Communication: Confidently lead challenging client discussions regarding quality standards, test results, and defect management, translating technical findings into actionable business insights and recommendations.

Test Strategy & Planning: Architect and refine test strategies, including risk-based testing approaches, regression testing plans, and automation coverage, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure quality objectives are met, while mentoring junior QA staff and fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging testing tools and methodologies, driving innovation in QA processes and advocating for the adoption of new technologies that enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements-
7+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance and quality control, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead QA role.

Proven expertise in both manual and automated testing, including hands-on experience with automation frameworks.

Demonstrated ability to design and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and regression suites for complex software systems.

Strong track record of identifying, isolating, and documenting critical bugs and edge cases, with a reputation for meticulousness and attention to detail.

Experience leading and mentoring QA teams and managing quality processes in Agile or hybrid development environments.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders and translate technical findings into business value.

Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Technical Skills

Advanced knowledge of automated testing tools and scripting languages.

Deep understanding of software development life cycle, QA methodologies, and best practices.

Experience with version control systems.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
