Senior QA/QC Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and driving continuous improvement across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable standards
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors
• Review material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation
• Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on quality-related matters
• Prepare quality reports and maintain documentation for project handover
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)
• Minimum 15+ years of QA/QC experience, preferably in Qatar or GCC
• Strong knowledge of Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and international standards
• Proven experience in quality audits and QMS implementation
• ISO 9001:2015 IRCA Lead Auditor certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
