Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer with strong UAE building contracting experience to oversee quality control activities, ensure compliance with specifications, and manage QA/QC systems on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee field quality control activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Prepare and manage ITPs, QA/QC plans, checklists, and inspection activities.
• Monitor implementation and closure of NCRs, SIs, SORs, and snagging reports.
• Review subcontractors’ method statements, ITPs, and QA/QC documentation.
• Conduct daily inspections and coordinate approvals with consultants.
• Ensure construction works are carried out as per approved drawings and program.
• Conduct quality toolbox talks and provide snagging guidance to site teams.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to minimize rework and material wastage.
• Represent the company during quality audits and certification activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of UAE experience in Building Contracting as QA/QC Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
• Proven experience in site inspections, quality audits, and documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Experience:

• UAE QA/QC: 6 years (Preferred)
• Civil Contracting in UAE: 6 years (Preferred)
