Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer with a strong background in construction quality assurance and control, particularly in high-rise towers and villa projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards, and drive excellence in construction quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC plans for high-rise and villa projects.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and quality assessments on construction activities.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and materials to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and ensure documentation aligns with company and client standards.
• Implement corrective actions and preventive measures for quality non-conformances.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum [X] years of QA/QC experience in contracting, with exposure to high towers and villas.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and best practices.
• Proficient in quality inspection tools, procedures, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic construction environment.

Preferred:

• Professional certification in QA/QC (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 9001).
• Experience with large-scale, multi-story residential and commercial projects.
