Senior QC Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Quality Control (QC) Engineer to ensure construction projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards while optimizing project outcomes.

You will bridge between design, construction, and project management teams, fostering collaboration and promoting a culture of quality

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement QA/QC plans, schedule inspections, and monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
• Material and Construction Quality Control: Evaluate construction materials, conduct site inspections, and oversee testing procedures to prevent defects and ensure compliance.
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Identify quality issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive QA/QC records, prepare reports, and communicate findings to project managers, clients, and regulatory authorities.
• Collaboration and Mentorship: Work with cross-functional teams, provide guidance to junior staff, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Process Improvement and Innovation: Continuously evaluate and enhance quality control processes, adopting new technologies and best practices.
• Client and Stakeholder Interaction: Conduct audits, address technical inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction through transparent communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM software, structural analysis tools, project management software, and quality control systems.
• Experience: minimum of 5 years in civil engineering QA/QC roles; experience in industrial construction projects is advantageous.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, effective communication, and leadership skills

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
