- Oversee Compliance & Monitor with ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Ensure adherence to local food safety laws (e.g., HACCP, local health authority standards).
- Conduct regular audits and inspections across kitchen, storage, and service areas
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Develop and deliver training programs on food safety, hygiene, and occupational safety.
- Maintain accurate QHSE documentation, including safety data sheets, inspection logs, and risk assessments.
- Prepare monthly reports for senior management on QHSE performance metrics.
- Lead initiatives to improve quality and safety standards.
- Work closely with kitchen and service teams to implement Lean or Kaizen practices where applicable.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and regulatory bodies during inspections and audits.
- Represent the company during external audits and QHSE reviews.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of QHSE Experience in the catering or hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, and local food safety and labour regulations.
- Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong leadership, Communication, and training skills.
