Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive UAE experience—preferably in Abu Dhabi—in managing cost control, budgeting, tendering, and contract administration for major MEP projects. The role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive commercial success throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for MEP works.
• Manage project cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Evaluate, prepare, and submit variations, claims, and payment applications.
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, contracts, and project specifications.
• coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors on commercial matters.
• Conduct site visits to verify completed works and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Participate in tendering processes, pricing, and cost evaluations.
• Negotiate contract terms and commercially manage subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure all QS activities are aligned with company standards and project timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of MEP QS experience within the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and local regulations.
• Proven experience working on high-rise, villa, or large residential projects.
• Proficient in QS software, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
