Senior Quality Analyst – Java + Selenium
Experience: 5+ Years
Work Mode: Remote
Working Hours: 8AM to 5:30PM

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
* Create and enhance automation frameworks to support web application testing.
* Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to understand requirements and define test coverage.
* Perform functional, regression, and integration testing of applications across multiple environments.
* Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
* Execute test scripts, analyze results, and report defects using tools such as JIRA.
* Develop and maintain reusable test data management strategies.
* Ensure compliance with testing standards and participate in code reviews for test automation scripts.
* Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
* Collaborate with developers to identify automation opportunities and optimize existing test suites.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in QA Automation.
* Strong programming experience in Java.
* Expertise in Selenium WebDriver and related test automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
* Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
* Proficiency in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
*Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and defect tracking tools (JIRA).
* Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Solid understanding of XPath, CSS selectors, and dynamic element handling.
* Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with Cucumber (BDD) or Serenity frameworks.
* Exposure to cloud-based testing tools such as Browser Stack or Sauce Labs.
* Knowledge of database testing and ability to write SQL queries.
* Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
* Understanding of test reporting tools such as Allure, Extent Reports, or ReportNG.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 - 12 months

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
