Senior Quality Analyst: IT

About the Role

We are a growing digital and software agency building WordPress websites, web apps, and SaaS products for UK & US clients.

We are hiring a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst who owns quality, performance, and usability — ensuring nothing is missed before a project goes live.

This role suits someone who thinks like a developer + product reviewer, not just a tester.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-end QA for WordPress websites, web apps, and SaaS platforms
• Final quality sign-off before client delivery or launch
• Run speed & performance tests and flag optimisation issues
• Catch UI, UX, design, content, and technical glitches
• Test responsiveness, browser compatibility, and integrations
• Review SaaS workflows, user journeys, and edge cases
• Suggest UI/UX and product improvements
• Maintain and improve QA checklists & standards
• Monitor live websites/apps for quality issues

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Website QA / Web App QA / SaaS QA
• Strong WordPress and web technology understanding
• Excellent English communication
• Sharp eye for design, UX, and performance
• Detail-obsessed, process-driven mindset
• Confidence to block delivery if standards aren’t met

Nice to Have

• Developer or technical background
• Experience with SaaS or product companies
• Knowledge of performance metrics & UI/UX best practices
