About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to take complete ownership of quality assurance across AI-driven multimedia platforms , including web applications, APIs, backend services, and automated workflows.

You’ll define the QA strategy , build scalable automation frameworks , and ensure performance and reliability across cutting-edge AI products like Velocity and Agentic AI .

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of QA experience in product/platform environments .
• Proven record of owning QA across complex, scalable systems (Web Apps, APIs, Backend).
• Hands-on experience testing multimedia assets – video, audio, and image workflows.
• Prior experience with cloud-native , ML-powered , or agent-based platforms.
• Ability to identify test coverage gaps and proactively mitigate quality risks.

Automation Expertise

• 5+ years of strong automation experience .
• Proven ability to build and scale automation frameworks from scratch .
• Expertise in automating tests across all levels – Unit, Integration, UI, and API .
• Hands-on experience integrating test automation with CI/CD pipelines .

Key Responsibilities 🔹 Platform Quality Ownership

• Lead QA strategy & execution for Velocity and Agentic AI .
• Ensure quality across UI, API, backend, integrations (LLMs, cloud services) , and outputs (images, video, audio, JSON).

🔹 Functional & Exploratory Testing

• Plan, execute, and report functional tests across multimedia workflows and user-facing tools.
• Validate end-to-end experiences , including video rendering accuracy , agent fallback logic , and API reliability .

🔹 Automation Engineering

• Build automation frameworks from scratch for UI, API, backend, and system-level testing.
• Select the best tech stack to optimize speed, maintainability, and coverage.
• Own automation pipelines integrated with CI/CD workflows .

🔹 Performance & Resilience Testing

• Identify quality risks – concurrency issues, multimedia processing failures, LLM timeouts, agent orchestration failures.
• Conduct performance, load, and regression testing to ensure platform robustness.

🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and AI teams to maintain quality in rapid release cycles.
• Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement , and retrospectives with quality-focused insights.
