Salary Range: ■65,000 – ■95,000 per month

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Control Engineer to lead and monitor quality

compliance across all six residential towers. The role involves ensuring adherence to drawings,

specifications, IS codes, and internal quality standards from RCC to finishing stages.

Key Responsibilities

•

Lead quality control activities across multiple towers

•

Ensure compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications

•

Supervise cube testing, material testing, and third-party inspections

•

Review and approve method statements and ITPs

•

Issue and monitor NCRs with timely closure

• Conduct internal quality audits and site inspections

•

Monitor finishing quality and snag-free handover

• Coordinate with consultants and project management team

•

Maintain complete quality documentation and records

Required Skills & Qualifications

•

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

• 8–12 years experience in residential high-rise construction

•

Strong knowledge of IS codes and testing procedures

•

Experience handling RCC and finishing quality control

•

Strong documentation and reporting skills

•

Leadership and team coordination ability

Role: Junior Quality Control Engineer

Salary Range: ■30,000 – ■50,000 per month
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Quality Control Engineer to support site inspections, testing
coordination, and quality documentation for residential high-rise construction projects.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily quality inspections under Senior QC supervision
• Check execution as per drawings and specifications
• Coordinate material testing and maintain test records
• Assist in preparing inspection reports and checklists

•
Support NCR tracking and closure process
•
Monitor workmanship quality at site
•
Maintain quality documentation and registers
Required Skills & Qualifications
•
B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

• 2–5 years experience in residential construction

•
Basic understanding of IS codes and quality processes
•
Knowledge of cube testing, slump testing, and material checks
•
Good documentation skills

• Willingness to learn and grow

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
