Senior Quality Engineer

B.E & Diploma holder in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING. A competent Quality Professional with 7~9+ years of experience in automotive/automobile industry in the field of Quality Assurance / QMS / Quality Control

 Maintaining of Quality Manual, Regulations, Guidelines, Procedure and Records as per IATF 16949:2016 & ISO 9001:2015 System requirements

 Handling of Customer Audits, Certification, Recertification Audits & Surveillance Audits by respective certification bodies.

 Hands on Experience in PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, MSA, SPC, 7 QC tools.

 Responsible for all Customer System & process audit

 Responsible for MSA & calibration activity, internal/External

 Responsible for preparing MRM Agenda, Collection of Inputs, Implementation of MRM on monthly basis and recording MOM and follow up for the same to next meet with actions.

 Responsible for Annual Internal audit Plan and Schedule preparation, communication and Implementation for Audit.

 Responsible for NC Report management (Internal / External) with all IATF functions.

 Responsible for all Process regular rejection monitoring and initiating immediate containment actions to stop the bleed.

 Responsible for Customer Complaints (8D), analysis, corrective and Preventive actions through structured method (8D FORMAT, CAPA & CSR)

 Preparation and Review of the Control Plan, PFMEA, and down-level documents as per the Internal / External issues with CFT

 Change Point Control & Approval In-house & Customer Approval for same if Applicable.

 Responsible for horizontal deployment for all relevant processes based on actions taken for issues.

 Responsible for Layout Inspection, Product audit & process audit as per plan.

 Responsible COPQ Monitoring (%) for in-house rejections

 Responsible to manage Customer PPM for all customers

 Responsible for ensuring Customer Specific requirements (CSR) are met in the process.

 Instruments handling– CMM, VMS etc - added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
