Main job duties and responsibilities:

Prepare various Quantity Surveying documents including budgetary estimates from sketch drawings, bill of quantities for all disciplines and Costs Estimates.

Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications for all disciplines.

Support bidding teams by providing accurate quantities and pricing data.

Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for completeness.

Assist in monitoring project budgets, expenditures, and cash flows.

Measure and verify variations, claims, and change orders.
-
Assist in ensuring compliance with contract terms and technical specifications.
-
Support in identifying potential commercial and contractual risks.

Provide documentation for dispute resolution when required.

Maintain accurate cost and quantity records.

Assist in preparing cost reports and recommendations for cost optimization.
Job requirements:
Educational background and previous experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
-
Quantity Survey Senior Engineer min. 5 years of experience in the same field.
Knowledge and Functional Skills:

Very Good knowledge of computer applications. (Ms. Office - AUTOCAD, Quantity Survey- Shop Drawings
